Ing. Voegborlo is an Electrical Engineer with 29 years of professional experience across Extra High Voltage (EHV), High Voltage (HV), and Medium Voltage (MV) transmission lines, substations, and distribution systems. He is an expert in streetlighting engineering, building services engineering, project management, and contract administration. His career includes extensive international exposure to quality assurance and factory acceptance testing in several countries in Europe and Asia. He has managed numerous national-scale power projects, including major substation upgrades, nationwide rural electrification works, streetlighting rehabilitation, and solar power system installations. His leadership is known for delivering projects on time, within budget, and at high technical standards.

Ing. Dagbui has over 18 years of experience in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, water & sanitation projects, and power generation infrastructure. He has more than 15 years of engineering design and project management experience across both public and private sectors, including work with VRA, Earthtech Engineers, Lamda Consult, and CWSA. His portfolio includes major assignments such as the Kumasi 1 Thermal Power Plant Project, Aboadze 161kV Substation Upgrade, two 75MW wind farm developments, and key substation and building infrastructure projects. He is an advocate for ethical engineering practice and mentorship within the engineering profession.
